Job Description

The Senior Parking Operations Manager is a managerial position that supports the operations at assigned locations. The role ensures that all elements of the operation, including team member performance, customer service, financials, maintenance, and safety, meet Metropolis standards.

Deliver exceptional client experiences by resolving requests and concerns efficiently and communicating proactively on opportunities for improvement.
Conduct routine site visits to ensure compliance with operating procedures and identify operational problems.
Provide timely support to team members and clients during off-duty hours when necessary.
Maintain accounts within budget and make recommendations to mitigate unforeseen circumstances. Manage revenue protocols and daily deposits, ensuring timely submission of the Profit and Loss Statement.
Lead a diverse team of employees, identifying optimal staffing levels to deliver exceptional customer experiences and perform daily job functions.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

Client Experience: Deliver exceptional client experiences by resolving requests and concerns efficiently and communicating proactively on opportunities for improvement.
Site Visits: Conduct routine site visits to ensure compliance with operating procedures and identify operational problems.
Support and Development: Provide timely support to team members and clients during off-duty hours when necessary. Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team of employees.
Budget Management: Maintain accounts within budget and make recommendations to mitigate unforeseen circumstances. Manage revenue protocols and daily deposits, ensuring timely submission of the Profit and Loss Statement.

Requirements

Management Experience: 5+ years of management experience required.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate team members.
Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and client satisfaction.
Budgeting: Prior experience creating and maintaining budgets.
Communication: Ability to communicate and work with all levels of the organization.
Technical Skills: Experience using various computer applications/systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
