About us
Madison Partners is a young and growing financial services company. We are seeking Client Service Associates and will allow for additional growth opportunities.
We are looking for a Client Services Associate with a proven track record in customer relations. The Client Services Associate is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the clients' experience with our company. This includes answering any questions that the client may have about their accounts, researching any product concerns, and ensuring that all clients are completely satisfied. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a professional attitude and prior experience working within an RIA with Schwab and/or Fidelity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Create an understanding of customers' needs and concerns.
- Complete customer requests and address customer issues.
- Oversee client information management.
- Gather and organize client information.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50, $85,000.00 per year
