Physical Therapist (PT) - Multiple Settings Available

Southern New Hampshire

Senior Living (Bedford, Allenstown, Dover/Durham)

OR

Outpatient Clinics (Concord, Merrimack, Nashua)

Full-Time | Flexible Schedule Options

We are hiring licensed Physical Therapists for two different practice settings in Southern New Hampshire. Candidates can choose the environment that best fits their career goals and preferred work style.

Option 1:
Senior Living / Assisted Living PT

Bedford, Allenstown & Dover/Durham, NH

Weekday Day Schedule (Typically 8:00-4:00 or 8:30-4:30)

Practice Model

1-on-1 patient care
1-hour treatment sessions
6-8 patients per day
No high-volume double booking
Stable weekday schedule

Productivity

Target: 136 units per week (full-time)
Approx units per day
Bonus begins when exceeding weekly target
Productivity measured by billing units

Responsibilities

Evaluate strength, balance, mobility, and functional impairments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, and fall prevention
Educate patients and families
Maintain EMR documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

This setting is ideal for clinicians who enjoy meaningful 1:1 time and working closely with the senior population.

Option 2:
Outpatient Orthopedic PT

Concord, Merrimack & Nashua, NH

Flexible Schedule (4x10s or 5x8s)

Practice Model

50-55 patient visits per week
Treatments scheduled every 30 minutes
Evaluations scheduled for 1 hour
Bonus begins after 50 visits per week
Incentives based on visits and units billed

Clinic Environment

Busy outpatient orthopedic setting

Diverse caseload:
orthopedic, sports medicine, vestibular, musculoskeletal
Tech/aide support may be available (not guaranteed)

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive evaluations
Deliver evidence-based treatment plans
Provide manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation
Maintain timely and compliant documentation

This setting is ideal for PTs who thrive in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Compensation (Both Roles)

Competitive salary based on experience

New Grad baseline in NH:
$82,500 - $85,000
Weekly productivity bonus opportunities
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
