    Description
    We are seeking a motivated, experienced individual to join our company as a Senior Manpower Management Analyst.

    As part of our operations team, you conduct research and surveys to develop a high-level view of our organizational processes and make informed recommendations to key leadership and stakeholders related to gaining efficiency and profitability.

    Responsibilities
    Exercise responsibility for manpower management, management analysis, review, and evaluation to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
    Responsible for retrieving, compiling, analyzing and distributing highly visible, specialized, and complex reports on Army National Guard Strength.
    Ensure organization's strategic plans, mission, vision and values are communicated and integrated into the team's strategies, goals, and objectives.
    Serve as coach, facilitator, and/or negotiator in coordinating team initiatives and in consensus building activities.

    Develop options for government leadership on manpower related topics such as balancing actions, COA generation, Flag level briefings and presentations, and internal guidance and policy development.

    Provide analysis on manpower and resource requirements to include PBIS issue development and entry, Intelligent Workbook entries, and costing drills.

    Qualifications


    A Master's or equivalent graduate degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: business management, human resources, public administration, communications, organizational leadership, etc.

    An active Secret clearance
    Experience in consulting directly with military customers
    Experience in POM development
    Applicants must have a minimum of seven (7) years' experience leading a team of analysts on manpower surveys and/or studies in a Government environment to include four (4) years of supervisory experience

    Applicants must posses a minimum of two (2) years' experience with Operations Research Analyst (ORSA) experience with systems analysis, model development, and computer applications is also required.

    Applicants must have a minimum of three (3) years' experience and training in Army requirements determination and programs including the US Army Manpower Analysis Agency (USAMAA) 12 step studies process and the five (5) step modeling process.

    Applicants must have experience in the following: Force Management System Website (FMSWeb), Reserve Component Automation Systems (RCAS), Microsoft Office, military and civilian personnel systems and processes, Single Point Manpower studies USAMAA five phased methodology, comparative analysis, and model.
