- Manage a designated portfolio of clients, handling marketing, claims, and administrative tasks
- Communicate with clients, document interactions, and resolve any issues efficiently
- Coordinate new coverage implementation, including account setup and documentation review
- Collate client exposure data, obtain quotes, and conduct audits as necessary
- Update policies, ensure accuracy of client information, and assist in client presentations
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations
- Perform various other duties as required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 3-7 years of client services experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with industry regulations and trends
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
