DescriptionOverview
Drivers make daily deliveries using a straight truck on a regular route to Mackoul Customers throughout the state.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a truck to transport goods and materials to specified locations
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment: Electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack and dolly
- Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and report any issues found promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Complete necessary paperwork, such as proof of delivery, accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a truck driver or in a similar role
- Knowledge of DOT and safety regulations and procedures for operating large vehicles
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines safely
- Strong communication skills to interact with supervisors, customers, and team members effectively
- Physical stamina to handle loading/unloading tasks and long hours of driving
