Job summary
The Manager of Talent Management works to advance the talent management strategy and philosophies to identify, develop, and grow talent to build bench strength and an internal talent pipeline supporting business innovation, evolution,and growth.
Responsibilities
- Builds strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues across Greystar to advance talent and succession practices.
- Partners with business leaders to understand business needs,
identify leadership roles and capabilities needed for today
& the future,
& help business leaders purposefully & intentionally plan for movement within leadership roles that support business plans &
& meets business needs. - Maintains knowledge of industry trends,
concepts,
trends technology,&c. for delivering highly effective talent management &
succesion efforts.
