Job summary
When you join the growing BILH team,you're not just taking a job,you're making a difference in people's lives.Comply with NASW code of Ethics and Standards (on file in the department).Provides sound clinical interventions as indicated.Conducts thorough assessments.Provides appropriate clinical interventions.Involves patients and families in the treatment process as indicated.Provides comprehensive documentation of interventions.Communicates pertinent Clinical data to other providers as indicated.Devises and implements treatment plans which include interventions to meet psychosocial needs of patient/family.Makes appropriate referrals within Psychiatry.Collaborates with other clinical staff.Works cooperatively with all levels of personnel in department.Consults with other clinical staff on case management issues.Conduct thorough and accurate diagnostic assessments in compliance with NASW standards.Ensures that assessments are accurate complete:identify psychosocial needs of patient/include patient's chief complaint medical psychiatric/substance abuse history mental status medication history social/vocational history.Participate in clinical training administrative functions as needed.Actively participatein departmental case conferences.Present cases as requested.Maintain confidentialityand manage patient informationin strict conformancewith clinic policy.
