What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Physical Therapy Technician who is passionate about patient care and enjoys working in a fast-paced clinical setting. The ideal candidate is attentive, organized, and comfortable assisting patients and clinical staff throughout the treatment process.
About the Role: Physical Therapy Technician
The Physical Therapy Technician provides general patient care and supports the Physical Therapist before, during, and after treatment sessions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide general patient care and respond to patient requests for assistance
- Assist with patient preparation prior to treatment
- Transfer, transport, and position patients as needed
- Assist Physical Therapists during and after treatment sessions
- Perform select treatment procedures within scope and ability, as directed
- Observe patient abilities and limitations and communicate findings to the Physical Therapist
- Document relevant patient information as required
- Set up and break down physical therapy equipment for treatment sessions
- Maintain, clean, and care for physical therapy equipment
- Manage inventory and ensure equipment is properly maintained
Schedule & Position Details:
- Full-time position
- Expected hours: 40 per week
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Off Saturdays and Sundays
