    Your Impact
    We are looking for a forward thinking and highly motivated team player to join our SEC reporting team.

    As a Senior SEC Reporting Analyst you will report directly to the Senior Manager, SEC Reporting and Stock Compensation, and will support the team in the filing of all periodic SEC reports collaborating closely with Legal, People Operations, and the broader finance team.

    Your Day to Day


    Assist with the preparation of footnotes and other financial information in Forms 10-Q and 10-K for a large accelerated filer.


    Assist with the preparation of other SEC filings such as the annual proxy statement, section 16 filings, and Forms 8-K.


    Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports for external issuance, in compliance with the accounting and reporting requirements of the SEC and FASB, including drafting of disclosures and maintaining supporting documentation for all quarterly and annual external filings.

    Complete tie out of Forms 10-Q, quarterly shareholder letter and other external presentations and reports.


    Assist in the identification and resolution of key US GAAP and SEC reporting issues and formulation of findings into memos and disclosures.

    Support the evaluation and implementation of new accounting pronouncements.

    Provide support to internal and external auditors on a periodic basis.

    Prepare monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and conclude on appropriate accounting treatment related to stock-based compensation.

    Provide accurate, timely, and usable reporting to internal customers (i.e. Legal, Payroll and People Operations departments).

    Assist in enhancing and documenting procedures, policies, and controls.

    Maintain and ensure SOX and internal policy compliance.

    Perform other duties and ad hoc projects and reporting as requested.

    Skills Required

    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar field required

    3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, auditing, or accounting

    Excellent oral and written communication skills are required for frequent interaction with company employees

    Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and team approach to work.

    Superb attention to detail and strong planning and organizational skills

    Excellent computer knowledge, including proficiency in Excel

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Appropriate concern and diligence for quality and deadlines

    The Pay:
    Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards.

    The starting base pay for this role is between USD 84,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 126,000 in the highest geographic market.

    The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as:

    level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
