    Description

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly experienced Systems Engineer to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field, and 8+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience.

    Agile experience is preferred, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital signal processing algorithm development.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Requirements analysis, definition, management, functional analysis, performance analysis, system design, trade studies, systems integration and test (verification), validation, and interface definition studies of system elements.
    • Formulating operational concepts; performing mission, functional, cost-benefit, and risk analysis; developing signal processing architecture and overall system architecture.

    Preferred Skills

    • Digital signal processing focus, particularly in Electrical Engineering and/or Systems Engineering.
    • Experience with Agile hardware, software, or firmware development.
    • Digital Engineering/Model-Based Systems Engineering experience.
    • Space Payloads experience.

    The estimated salary range for this position is $149,807.40 - $166,192.60 per year, based on experience and other factors.

    This position requires a Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance at the time of hire.
