    Position: Senior Accountant

    Location: Scottsdale, AZ

    Wage: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

    Schedule: Full-Time (In Person)

    Bonus: N/A

    Required Experience to Apply:

    • 2+ years in Medical Healthcare Field (Preferred Primary Care or Multidisciplinary Clinic with PE Backing)
    • 2+ years Accounting Experience at Senior Level

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Heavily month-end data and reporting based function
    • Drive all end-of-month close processes, including schedules, account reconciliations, journal entries, and other related tasks.
    • Handle audits and project-related accounting tasks.
    • Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
    • Focus on maintaining and improving accounting processes and controls.
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.
    • Experience and Qualifications:

    Industry Knowledge:

    • Required experience in healthcare accounting is preferred due to the specific nuances and regulations within the industry.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • The Senior Accountant will be involved in financial reporting and analysis, including generating reports and providing insights to support decision-making.
    • Proficiency in relevant reporting tools and software is desirable.

    Systems and Processes:

    • NetSuite Experience Preferred
    • Experience with accounting systems and ERP software is beneficial.
    • Knowledge of implementing and improving accounting processes and controls is important.

    Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

    • The Senior Accountant may be required to interact with other departments and external stakeholders.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary for effective collaboration.

    Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

    • Critical thinking and analytical skills are important for addressing complex accounting problems and challenges.
    • The ability to identify root causes and propose solutions is highly valued.
