    The Network Security Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing a dynamic team of engineers. This role involves directing the Network Engineering team in the design, development, implementation, and support of endpoint security

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive infrastructure and application support (administration, configuration, Incident Management, and monitoring) for Server-related systems in a 24/7 highly available environment.
    • Conduct root cause analysis and fault isolation to troubleshoot environmental, server, and application availability issues.
    • Lead projects encompassing the deployment, administration, and support of critical infrastructure applications and systems onto Windows platforms.
    • Collaborate closely with other IT managers and non-technical business units to define and execute a diverse range of technical service projects.
    • Spearhead improvements in processes, manageability, availability, and cost efficiency, demonstrating a strong ability to anticipate future demands, growth, and competitive trends.
    • Analyze Network and implement corrective actions to ensure operational stability and efficient workflow.
    • Undertake other duties and projects as assigned in a timely fashion.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or IT, or a related IT field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical multi-discipline management.
    • Working knowledge of endpoint security
    • Ability to promote teamwork while leading and directing the work of others.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of IT service management.
    • Leadership skills, judgment, creativity, and comprehensive knowledge of the field are essential.
    • Ability to manage problems and cultivate collaborative relationships.
    • Proficient in driving strategic direction.
    • Proven maturity and strength in team leadership, team building, communication, coaching, and providing timely essential feedback to others.
    • Demonstrated ability to proactively address problems and situations.
    • ITIL experience is preferred.
