Our Expectations
Our

Regional Property Managers

manage and oversee a portfolio of multifamily properties.

This person is responsible for the complete operation of income property including bottom-line financial performance; reaching income goals as set forth by the CEO and client.

Our RPM directs onsite team and provides operational and financial oversight and direction.

Maintain Owner Relations
Maintain Vendor Relations
Required Skills/Abilities
Leadership, management and coaching capabilities
Strong customer service background
Outstanding communication skills
Strong organizational skills/Ability to prioritize
Knowledge of Yardi software
Industry knowledge
Technical property understanding
Education and Experience
Four years of experience in Multifamily Property Management
Two years of recent experience as Regional Property Manager
Strong property management and operational experience
CA Real Estate License

Professional Certifications
Bachelor's degree (not required)
