Job summary

We're seeking an Administrative Assistant to serve as the central hub for administrative and receptionist duties across PREM Corp. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and adaptable — comfortable juggling phone reception and project administration.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary receptionist: greet visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Provide office-wide administrative support, including filing, data entry, recordkeeping, basic reporting, scheduling, and document management
  • Assist in project coordination focusing on customer facing communication
