- Provide excellent customer service by creating proposals for fireplaces, gas logs, grills, fire tables, and outdoor kitchens to clients for new construction & retrofits, chimney repairs, dryer vent repairs, and air duct cleaning.
- Help answer phones, make follow-up calls on quotes, and greet guests in the showroom.
- You will be talking with clients about their proposals, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as emailing customers, preparing correspondence, and data entry.
- You will train to pass specific national certifications paid for by us and maintain those certifications with continuing education paid for by us. This leads to an increase in pay and commissions for you.
- Will ensure that all relevant and pertinent information is detailed in the quotes, for customers, admin staff, and technicians.
- Handle the high volume of proposals needed quickly.
- Responsible for follow-up after quotes are sent out.
- Help showroom guests.
- Will call all customers to verify receipt of quotes & estimates.
- Learn to process signed quotes once received.
- Attention to detail & Ability to problem solve.

- Proficiency in clerical practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Excel and Outlook, in particular).
- Will understand and comply with the Doodlebuggers Operations Manual (DOM).
- Data entry in Service Fusion per DOM (build customer account and jobs).
- Allocate and utilize available resources day-to-day to ensure successful task performance.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
- Always follow policies & procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- $35,360 - $41,600 hourly base pay (based on certifications earned during training and experience).
- Commissions AFTER Certifications are earned.
