    Patient Intake Coordinator Onsite - Phoenix-Biltmore, AZ

    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Patient Intake Coordinator to support our patients in understanding the benefits of medication, TMS, and Ketamine treatment. This role is ideal for individuals who can empathize, educate, and coach patients while maintaining strong documentation skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional patient care through active listening and understanding
    • Gather, review, and verify patient information for accurate assessments
    • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
    • Educate patients on treatment options and provide guidance throughout their journey

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED

    • Previous experience working with computer-based information systems

    • 2+ years of full-time customer service experience
