    Status: Exempt

    Shift Hours: 4:30pm - 3:00am

    SUMMARY: The Print Lead is responsible for building and developing the printing team. The Print Lead will oversee the production process during their assigned shift. The Print Lead will be responsible for adhering to the production schedule and ensuring delivery dates are met. Customer satisfaction and product integrity must always be world class and the Print Lead will drive quality from the press room all the way to the packaging team. The selected individual will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Understand company Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador of MVV.
    • A minimum of one year of experience running color digital printing equipment, with a preference for HP Indigo series. Other digital press experience is encouraged to apply
    • Must meet the physical requirements for the position which includes lifting (up to 50 lbs.), standing and bending
    • Must be adaptable, reliable, and willing to learn
    • Print process experience and/or pre-press experience preferred
    • Ability to lead and develop team members, manage production, and team schedules
    • Familiarity with HP Indigo, paper priming, finishing, and packaging equipment maintenance.
    • Basic computer skills, SharePoint and Google docs experience is a plus
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others
    • Ability to pass a color test
    Preferred Requirements:
    • HP Indigo experience
    • Print process experience and/or pre-press experience
