    Description
    We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will budget and bid on commercial HVAC projects. The Estimator will also coordinate all activities from receipt of plans to the delivery of our final proposal.
    Required QualificationsValid driver's license and insurable driving recordMust pass drug and background screens3 years of hands-on field HVAC experience is requiredCommercial maintenance sales experience preferredBachelor's degree is preferred but not requiredBasic knowledge of construction accountingStrong computer skills (including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, & Outlook)Strong negotiation skillsStrong verbal and written skillsHigh motivation to meet sales goals#J-18808-Ljbffr
