    Enterprise Knowledge (EK) is hiring a full-time Knowledge Management Consultant to join our growing Strategic Consulting Practice. As with all of our positions, we seek independent thinkers with exceptional written and oral communication skills.

    This position demands a deep understanding of business strategy and development, experience with knowledge management technology solutions, excellent agile project management, business analysis, and consulting skills.

    The Knowledge Management Consultant will lead our strategic consulting efforts using their experience to help our large fortune 500 and federal clients with strategic planning and implementation while leveraging agile principles to translate business needs and insights into an actionable strategy to help properly plan, design, demonstrate and implement knowledge management solutions.

    Act as the day-to-day lead and direct client interface on tasks, schedule and project statusMonitor budget, task backlog, and project milestones for opportunities to generate and execute ideas for optimizing resources, staying on or ahead of schedule, and meeting target revenue.

    Work across project teams to exceed client expectations on our deliverables- always seeking opportunities to demonstrate the value of KM through proofs of concepts and pilot implementationsLeading the Strategic Consulting Practice to develop new services that address key KM challenges potential clients are facing todayActively engaging as a thought leader in Knowledge Management through social media and marketing effortsSupport business development efforts by synthesizing business requirements and presenting proposed solutions to potential clientsProgress in your mastery of core consulting skills and project management skillsRequired Skills and Experience:At least 5+ years of consulting experience in management consulting, data & information management, agile project management, and business analysis.

    Ability to understand and analyze business requirements to translate them into technical solution designs and implementation roadmaps.
    Experience interfacing with executives and presenting to senior-level staff.
    Familiarity with content management, information management, information systems, data management, or related discipline(s).


    Preferred Skills and Experience:
    Project management experience and certification (CSM, PMP, etc.).Change management and communications experience.
    Experience with strategic planning and business development in the management consulting industry.
    Previous experience with Knowledge Management, Content Management, and Strategy.
    Experience working with project management and collaboration systems such as Trello, JIRA, MS Suite, etc.
