    Our client is a well-established manufacturing company with over 100 years of experience that is a supplier to the commercial vehicle industryour reputable client partners with OEMs and fleets across various aftermarket channels. Due to growth, our client is looking for new Regional Sales Managers based in a home office (with a car allowance) to grow market share.     This position will be home-office based within your geographical region and will offer a generous car allowance, in addition to a competitive base salary and corporate bonus. This role can lead to promotional opportunities within the sales organization.

    In the role of Regional Sales Manager, your duties will look like:

    • Establish strong relationships with fleet, dealership, OE, and WD customers.
    • Travel 60-75% of the time to meet clients.
    • Increase market share by promoting our wide range of products.
    • Retain current customers and attract new ones.
    • Resolve product quality complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct presentations and training seminars to promote our products.
    • Drive demand for our products at OEMs by working closely with fleets and dealers.
    • Negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery.
    • Provide technical training and handle warranty issues promptly.
    • Stay informed about competitor prices and recommend pricing strategies.
    • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Science, or Engineering (Graduate education preferred).
    • Knowledge of product management, shipping requirements, and pricing structures.
    • Previous experience in automotive or heavy-duty markets preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and sales software.
    • Willingness to travel extensively (domestically and internationally).
