The Therapeutics Supervisor will oversee and manage the scheduling of patients into specific therapeutic studies across multiple sites ensuring the highest level of quality and patient experience while striving to achieve booking goals.+
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure patient enrollment specialists have the necessary materials, training, and knowledge to properly schedule patients for the correct studies and sites
- Assist management in the continued development, implementation, and oversight of processes, guidelines, and expectations to ensure that patient enrollment specialists are focusing on scheduling for priority studies, sites,and dates
