- Install new and used Thermo King equipment by following established processes and procedures
- Ensure each install is consistent with the next and meets the install standard and customer's needs
- Diagnose issues with re-installed equipment using EDITH diagnostic software
- Perform PM's such as oil changes and inspections
- Complete work orders with all required information according to service policy
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Remain drug and alcohol free while on Company premises and within the scope of duty
- Understand and comply with all Sanco Enterprises policies and procedures
- Observe safety and security policies and procedures and use equipment and materials accordingly
