    POSITION OVERVIEW

    Under the supervision of the Continuous Improvement Manager I, this position is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and functional expertise to the site on implementing a world class Total Productive Maintenance/Continuous Improvement Program integrated with High Performance Organization. This position will be responsible for development, deployment, and coaching plant JTE Managers for various JTE systems as well as support/leadership to regional pillars.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Execute the site's continuous improvement program with responsibility for pipeline CCI tracking to deliver annual savings of ~$4-5M
    • Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) program
    • Assist in development and implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program
    • Support site's Journey to Excellence (JTE, McCormick term for Continuous Improvement) Masterplan to include adherence to standards in the program. Lead and support site assessments and audits. Connect plant leaders and site employees to JTE methodology and progress. Ensure the JTE digitization is deployed and executed per the Americas JTE master plan
    • As a system owner, develop and deploy standards and training materials for various JTE Systems. Provide coaching to employees and their associated pillars. Participate on Americas JTE standards team, providing general input on JTE standards and leading standards development for systems owned. Support audits and assessments for JTE across Americas region as required

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree and Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience and progressing leadership roles within Supply Chain and Manufacturing
    • Without Bachelor's Degree, minimum fo 10 years of relevant experience and progressing leadership roles within Supply Chain and Manufacturing
    • Demonstrated ability to drive results using analytical decision making, building strong relationships, and direction setting.
    • Advanced knowledge of and experience using Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
    • Minimum of 2-5 years' experience of working in a High-Performance Organization

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Six Sigma certification
    • Experience working in a High-Performance Organization
    • Certification within TPM operations
