About The Role Role Purpose As the Head of Change Management you will be responsible for shaping and driving the adoption of strategic initiatives across RS Americas You will lead organizational change efforts ensuring that people processesand systems are alignedto deliver business outcomes This role is pivotal in fostering a cultureof agility collaborationand continuous improvement You will assessorganizational impacts identify risksand opportunitiesand design actionable plans that enable successful transformation
