    Description:

    The manufacturing chemist will assist in formulation of new products in conjunction with sales, assist in reformation of products, and create efficiencies and cost saving techniques while being comfortable working individually within the lab environment. The role will oversee production and scheduling within the small business. Small company means the manufacturing chemist will be needed to cover a wider area internal than just chemistry. Needs to wear multiple hats at times.

    Common Tasks:

    Perform quality control measures

    Oversee compliance

    Retain records and samples

    Keep up to date on labeling compliance

    Manage all hazardous materials communications and disposal of hazardous products

    Manage ISN (international suppliers) programs and updates

    Experience Level:

    • Formulation chemistry experience needed
    • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related field
