Our ER Program is managed by active Physicians and includes:

1099 or W2 status

• Part & full time Positions
• Benefits (for w2 employees)
• We cover malpractice and tail coverage
• Flexible scheduling

12 hour shifts.

Position 1:
Lewis County General Hospital·
11.5K annual volume

12 hour shifts

7a-7p & 7p-7a

9 bed ER

• Daily APP support

Position 2:
Carthage Hospital
16K annual volume

12 & 24 hour shifts

• Model is 1 physician and 1 APP

Position 3:
Olean General Hospital
25K annual volume

12 hour shifts for physicians

3 mid-shift APP's

Position 4:
Claxton Hepburn Medical Center
14K annual volume

12 hour shifts for physicians

1 mid-shift APP

​


Qualifications:

• BE/BC in Emergency Medicine, or BE/BC in Internal Medicine, or Family Practice with ER experience
• NYS license
