Job Summary:
This position is responsible to assure that a high quality and safe product is produced.

Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for performance and utilization of make-up line efficiency.
• Responsible to set up and test all equipment.
• Responsible for machinery change over.
• Responsible for delegating tasks to his team members.
• Responsible to complete the required production paperwork.
• Responsible to train new employees in all areas of the production line.
• Review production schedule with supervisor to prepare for next production run.
• Responsible to report to the supervisor or manager when machine repairs are needed to prevent downtime.
• Responsible to monitor Safety and GMP's of all his/her team members.
• Responsible to rotate his/her employees into various position as needed.
• Responsible to provide helper with the filling needed for production.
• Responsible to monitor the line QC.
• Responsible to keep the equipment and area clean.
• Responsible to report to the supervisor or manager any type of accident or incidents.
• Responsible to train new candidates.
• Availability to work different shifts

Food Safety Responsibilities

• All employees are required to immediately report and assist in the elimination or control of any food safety issues they observe to their supervisor
• Monitors and enforces cGMPs
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices and Pre-requisite programs

Physical Requirement:

• Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50 Lbs.
• Frequently push/pull up to 50 Lbs.
