Responsibilities:
Maintain, monitor, and report on project budgets and change orders
Ensure construction quality and adherence to design and enterprise standards
Review and escalate issues to maintain project schedule and budget
Monitor processing timeliness and review RFIs and Submittals
Attend and document project progress meetings
Manage punch list and building turnover processes
Coordinate turnover documents and post-turnover review meetings


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Real Estate preferred
Minimum 1 year of related experience
Strong project management skills
Ability to travel as required
