    Job Title: eCommerce and Paid Search Specialist

    Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced eCommerce and Paid Search Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing online sales channels and a proven track record of success in implementing and optimizing paid search campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing, and analytical skills to drive performance and achieve business objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Paid Search Management:

    o Develop and execute effective paid search campaigns across various platforms such as Walmart Marketplace, Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, Wayfair, Macy's Marketplace, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant channels.

    o Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and continuous optimization to maximize ROI.

    o Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.

    o Familiarity with Walmart Connect platform and campaign reporting, Sponsored Product and Sponsored Video, is desirable.

    2. eCommerce Strategy:

    o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement eCommerce strategies that align with overall business goals.

    o Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product information.

    3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

    o Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates through A/B testing, user experience enhancements, and other CRO strategies.

    o Analyze customer behavior and provide insights to enhance the online shopping experience.

    o Incorporate converting keywords into our titles and product descriptions

    4. Analytics and Reporting:

    o Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.

    o Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, highlighting trends, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

    5. Competitor Analysis:

    o Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in eCommerce and paid search.

    o Use competitive insights to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

    6. Budget Management:

    o Manage and optimize advertising budgets to achieve cost-effective results.

    o Provide recommendations on budget allocation based on performance and business goals.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

    · Proven experience in managing eCommerce platforms and implementing successful paid search campaigns.

    · Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

    · Proficiency in Helium10, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.

    · Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).

    · Knowledge of conversion rate optimization techniques.

    · Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    · Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    · Google Ads or other relevant certifications.

    · Experience with A/B testing tools and techniques.

    · Familiarity with social media advertising platforms.

    · SEM RUSH application of competitive knowledge
