    Come join us in Tucson We're currently seeking talented individuals to fill positions as production operators for PCB assembly across all shifts. As part of our team, you'll perform tasks including manual assembly, operation of automated equipment, hand soldering, automated test equipment operation, and product inspection and repair. Additionally, you'll handle machine and line setups, feeder repairs, and first-line preventative maintenance. Don't miss out on this opportunity to be a valuable member of our team Responsibilities:
    • Proficient in circuit board assembly, soldering, and equipment operation.
    • Skilled in problem-solving and equipment maintenance.
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
    • Familiarity with in-circuit and functional testing.
    Qualifications:
    • IPC certification a plus.
    • Proficiency in soldering, equipment operation, and computer applications.
    • Ability to set up, operate, calibrate, and maintain assembly and hand soldering equipment and tools.
    • High School Diploma.
    Shift Options:
    • 6 am to 2:30 pm
    • 2 pm to 10:30 pm
    • 10 pm to 6:30 am
    • Schedules are Monday through Friday.
    Pay Rate:
    • $19 to $22 per hour
    • Shift differential for 3rd shift
    • Overtime encouraged
