    This role involves developing enduring relationships with employees and leadership, creating and managing an effective talent management and recruiting platform, and understanding the technology required to run a successful HR program.

    Requirements:

    • 5-10 years of experience as an HR person, with 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
    • A friendly, energetic, and welcoming personality.
    • The ability to develop and nurture strong business relationships with employees and business unit leaders.
    • Outstanding communication skills and a professional presence.
