    These teams exercise expertise across Compliance, Credit, FinancialPlanning andReporting, Tax, Treasury, and Strategy. Advancing traditional Finance & Accounting functions, the organization is also driving exciting innovation in the applicationofadvanced analytics andautomatedintelligence.

    As the Columbia Brand Senior Financial Analyst you will primarilysupport the Columbia Brand product organization, providing strategic and financial support to drive effective, efficient, and informed decisions around our go-to-market product creation cycle.

    You will receivebroad exposure to the corporate operations of a multinational corporationandopportunities to partner with senior leaders.

    You will drive all aspects of financial planning (long-range planning,budgeting,and forecasting) and analysis for these divisions, including supporting major projects.

    HOWYOU WILLMAKE A DIFFERENCEInfluence,enableand coachyour business partners to make sound business decisionsLead the development and compilation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, as well as forecast to actual variances analysis for the Columbia Brand product functionActively engage in the development of three-year, strategic, and long-range financial plansCreate insightful and accurate reporting tools,processes,and ad hoc analyses with a focus on clear storytelling, action-oriented output,and an ongoing drive for continuous improvementDrive partnership with cross-functional teams to support successful execution of seasonal product planningYOU ARENimble and detail-oriented, ableto work in a fast-paced environment with accuracyAble to build rapport andeffective relationships with a large number of partnerswhile serving asa challenger inthedevelopment ofsound financial/business plansCurious,goingbeyond thesurface to find opportunity and harvest itCustomer-focused and influencing, capable ofemphasizinginformationto enableandguidecross-functional Senior Management decision-making processesaimed at growth and profitabilityYOUHAVEBachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, related field, or equivalent4+years experiencefocused onfinancial forecasting, budgeting,andanalysiswith demonstratedorganizational and communication abilitiesAdvanced problem-solving skills with the ability to identify potential and/or existing financial issues, evaluate available options and recommend corrective actionDemonstrated ability to create effective excel models and presentationsExperience with visual analytics tools, such as Power BIor Tableau, and prior experience with enterprise-level planning systems such as IBM Cognos TM1 strongly preferred#LI-SR1#HybridColumbia Sportswear Company and our portfolio of brands, including Columbia, SOREL, Mountain Hardwear and prAna, know a thing or two about adventures.
