Convention Services ManagerLocation: Estancia Del Norte Hotel, San Antonio, TXWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Convention Services Manager to join our team at Estancia Del Norte Hotel in San Antonio, TX.

The Convention Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success of all events and conventions held at our hotel.

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of events and conventions held at the hotel
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and hotel staff
• Create detailed event orders and communicate them to all relevant parties
• Ensure all event spaces are set up according to client specifications and hotel standards
• Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within budget
• Conduct site visits with clients to showcase event spaces and answer any questions they may have
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and guests

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in convention services or event planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software
