    BASIC ACCOUNTABILITYThe Process Design Engineer will support asset, operation, construction, and engineering teams by providing safe, compliant, effective, and fiscally responsible solutions to better manage our production of oil, gas, and water.

    EDUCATIONBachelor's degree in EngineeringEXPERIENCERequires a minimum of 3 years of oil and gas industry experience. If not a chemical engineer, must have experience in hydrocarbon chemistry and separation principles.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIESInterpretation, understanding, and implementation of industry standards, recommended practices, and regulations including:
    o API 520/52- Pressure Relieving Deviceso API Storage Tank Ventingo ASME B31.3/B3- Carbon Steel Pipingo API 15LE
    • HDPE Pipingo NACE MR017 Hydrogen Sulfide Considerationso OSHA Standardso EPA New Source Performance Standardso EPA National Ambient Air Quality Standardso New Mexico and Texas State Permitting RequirementsInvolved in process hazard analysis exercisesManaging process control using Cause & Effect Diagrams and Control NarrativesExtensive process modeling (ProMax)Sizing and selection ofo pipe, valves, and fittingso control devices (e.
