    Job Description Job Description Marketing Analytics LeadThe Marketing Analytics Lead plays a key role in identifying potential study candidates from digital campaigns and within our patient database.

    The successful candidate will assist in conducting lead management and contributing to the identification of eligible patients for various vaccine studies.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct thorough analyses of the campaign and database leads to identify potential candidates for participation in clinical studies.

    Monitor and report on conversion rates.

    Perform data analysis to extract meaningful insights from conversion metrics, and develop and implement targeted approaches to identify potential candidates.

    Create reports on leads and conversion.

    Maintain a proactive approach to ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and ethical standards in patient identification and data management.

    Assist in the continued development, implementation, and oversight of processes, guidelines, and expectations to ensure that patient enrollment specialists are focusing on scheduling priority studies, sites, and dates.

    Assist in collaborating with sites to provide the highest level of patient experience and appointment quality.
    Attend courses and webinars, and conduct research to stay updated on new trends and best practices.
    Perform other tasks and work on special projects as assigned.


    KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEEducation:
    Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field


    MBA preferredExperience:

    Prior experience in patient database management or similar roles is advantageousKnowledge and Skills: Basic medical knowledge with the ability to understand and interpret clinical study protocols.

    Proficiency in data analysis.
    Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    Resourceful, open to new approaches, and an excellent problem solver.
    Driven, positive, and possesses a 'do-what-it-takes' mentality.
