- Manage daily operations of clinical trials from start to finish
- Liaise with sponsors, CROs, and regulatory bodies to ensure protocol and regulatory compliance
- Recruit, screen, and obtain informed consent from study participants
- Schedule and conduct participant visits, ensuring protocol adherence
- Accurately collect and record study data
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits and monitoring
- Prepare and submit regulatory documents to IRBs and regulatory authorities
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ethical standards
- Act as the primary contact for sponsors, CROs, and clinical teams
- Provide updates and reports on study progress, including any adverse events
- Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline
- 3-5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator, comfortable with all aspects from study start-up to close-out
- Regulatory and data experience preferred
