- Monday - Friday (4 or 5 day work week, no weekends)
- 1-2 days a week of surgery.
- See 40-45 patients a day once ramped up.
- General Ophthalmology (both surgical and medical) cataract surgery and lasik. (Subspecialties are welcome)
- Practice does have a lot of glaucoma and retina patients.
- Opportunity for Medical Director role once established.
- Strong support. MD will have 3-4 techs and a scribe
- Large referral base from ODs
- IMD EHR
- Base salary + production model
- $800k+ potential
- $30k-$45k sign on bonus based on experience
- up to $10,000 relocation offered
