Description

Sav-Mor Pharmacy Services is looking for a programmer who will assist in supporting current systems and programs, as well as potentially designing and implementing new systems for adaptation to business and/or technology changes. The programmer will also potentially collaborate with vendors and customers to ensure the successful design, development, and delivery of solutions.

Essential Functions:

Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the existing content portfolio of applications and services

• Assist in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting written software programs and components.
• Determine the root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions
• Remain current on new technologies and available vendor packages; evaluate and make recommendations as necessary
• Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management
• Support the EST time zones
