Responsibilities
You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our business working closely with insurers producers to develop strategic plans for placing business ensuring seamless communication collaboration. Your efforts will drive growth marketing key placements developing innovative products building strong relationships with insurers.+

- A minimum of 3 years of broking experience in marketplace Existing successful relationships with number of insurers A license essential provincial licensing jurisdictions management continuing education hours The ability explain complex issues simple terms connect clients colleagues effectively Solution-oriented mindset knack developing resourceful innovative approaches Familiarity insurance document management software EPIC plus Completion post-secondary degrees or insurance designations nice have Bachelor degree related experience required Insurance licensing required Professional designation preferred CPCU CIC ARM
