    Account Growth Specialist

    This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled Account Growth Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing new business through assigned stores and developing new accounts within the commercial segment.

    • Deliver exceptional customer service by staying up-to-date with current promotions, new products, and best practices to find opportunities for growth.
    • Develop strategic account plans, identify sales opportunities, and understand existing business segments.

      Candidates must have:


    • A high school diploma or equivalent required; Higher-level education in a business-related field preferred;

    • An excellent track record of sales experience with outstanding customer service acuity;

    • Familiarity with CRM software is desirable while prior coatings industry experience is highly valued.
