    The opportunity


    Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Guest Experience Hosts to join our team at Gray Wolf Inn and Suites in West Yellowstone, Montana.

    As a Guest Experience Host, you will be responsible for helping guests create lifetime memories during their stay.

    Exploring the 2.2 million acres of Yellowstone National Park
    Visiting nearby hot springs, geysers, and hotpots
    Hiking, whitewater rafting, ziplining, wildlife tours, horseback riding, nature watching, camping, fishing, and much more

    What will you do?

    Act as an ambassador for Gray Wolf Inn and Suites by providing suggestions for sightseeing and daily activities
    Recommend attractions in the local and surrounding area to ensure a truly memorable experience
    Create rapport and hold meaningful conversations with all guests
    Distribute complimentary items that guests can use during their stay
    More about you

    Working knowledge of Gray Wolf Inn and Suites and surrounding areas
    Must possess a valid driver's license
    Previous guest service experience preferred
    Excellent interpersonal communication skills
    Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism
    No high school diploma or GED required
    Physical requirements

    Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and carrying
    Occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions
    Noise level may be moderate to loud
