Role Summary:
This position involves working as a ServiceNow Developer where the primary duties include partnering with Business Analysts to understand customer requirements, provide feedback on the feasibility of these requirements, and build or configure ServiceNow based on these discussions. The role will require active participation in team meetings and agile stand-ups.
Skills and Experience:
Must be a self-starter and capable of working independently.
Should have robust organizational skills and high emotional intelligence.
Requires strong adaptability skills and a high sense of urgency in task completion.
At least four years of development experience on the ServiceNow platform is essential.
Detailed knowledge of the CMDB data model and experience with ServiceNow integrations are crucial.
Experience with agile methodologies is beneficial.
