    Hybrid – Monday and Friday, Work From Home; Tuesday to Thursday, office based.

    Summary

    :

    Implement and Manage programs related to the Integrity, Corrosion Control, and Pipeline Compliance.

    Leads development, implementation, and maintenance of pipeline and facility inspection policies, procedures and programs designed to minimize deficiencies and ensure compliance with existing Federal, State and local laws, regulations, licenses, permits and ordinances pertaining to pipeline safety, pipeline and facility integrity, and corrosion.

    Supervise and coordinate daily activities associated with the integrity, pipeline compliance and corrosion programs.

    Recommend improvements in processes, management systems, procedures, and operating equipment to comply with DOT requirements and or other industry standards and recommendations associated with pipeline compliance, integrity and corrosion.

    Recommend improvements associated with the integrity management (facility, pipeline and OSHA Process Safety Management) and corrosion.
    Coordinates responses, reports, and negotiations with Federal, State, and local DOT agencies
    Provide guidance for maintenance compliance manuals, policies, and procedures on the portal according to company policy and regulatory requirements.
    Manage collection of DOT information for reports to management and PHMSA.
    Independently determines and develops approaches to solutions and obtains management approval for implementation.
    Lead Management-of-Change policy implementation and program management per PHMSA requirements
    Champion DOT training and emergency preparedness.
    Provides regulatory interpretations and technical advice to operating assets using effective communications techniques.

    May act as lead person or technical expert and provide leadership and direction to less experienced compliance and operations staff.

    Maintains (or acquires and maintains) expert knowledge of Summit Midstream Plans surrounding:

    Operator Qualification, Integrity Management, and Public Awareness.

    This is accomplished through extensive reading of the statutes and regulations and consultation with other members of the Asset Integrity department responsible for the Plan(s).

    Education & Experience
    BS degree Engineering degree preferred but not required.
    10 years of oil and gas experience with involvement in pipeline compliance, integrity, and corrosion programs.
    5+ years management experience directly related to the oil and gas field.
    Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

    Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    Must demonstrate effective leadership skills
    Ability to comfortably interact with employees at all levels in the office and in the field.

    Must be able to manage and lead a team of managers that provide support to corporate and field locations across the region.

    Must have ability and willingness to work with and take direction from senior management with a high degree of attention to details, follow work rules and adhere to established work schedules.

    Must possess organization and planning skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

    Must be capable of analyzing codes and standards and develop practical and effective company procedures, standards, processes and best practices.

    Must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor / attitude with staff, co-workers, contractors, customers and regulatory agencies.
    Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
    Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

    Available to travel on a regular basis up to 40%, but could increase or decrease with business needs;
    Able to view compute terminal for long periods of time; Manual dexterity for operating computer and office equipment
