Physician in Group: 4; 5 APPs

• 5 FT Rad Onco physician Onsite

% of the Practice:
Hematology 50%; Oncology 50%


Procedures:
Chemotherapy


Required Duties:

• Participation on a Tumor Board, Blood Banks, Orders Tests, & Orders Images
• EMR: Epic

Other Info:

• Must be willing to work/cover in 2 facilities

Requirements:

• Active NY license
• BC/BE
• DEA
• BLS & ACLS
