We are Accepting Applications for the Following Position:
Hourly, WIC Customer Service Representative
LOCATION: North Health Center
DIVISION/DEPARTMENT: Community Health - MCH
SALARY INFORMATION: $15.00 Hourly / JCCP Code T6002 / Pay Grade TPW
Job Responsibilities
Under direct supervision, answers customer problems and inquiry calls. Records problem history information. Performs first level problem determination and resolution.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED AND Six months of full-time work experience providing customer
support or technical assistance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish)
