Experienced CNC Machinist

Position Overview: As a CNC Machinist, your primary responsibilities encompass the setup, validation, and operation of programs across 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills and lathes. Proficiency in conducting first-article inspections is essential.

Key Skills:
• Demonstrated self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
• Competence in tool setup, tool changeovers, and program modifications
• Proficiency in parts inspection utilizing precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and optical comparators
• SolidWorks expertise is advantageous
• Familiarity with FeatureCam is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years' industry experience, with at least 2 years in a job shop environment

Team Collaboration:
• Actively identify and collaborate with the team to implement continuous process enhancements
• Contribute to meeting departmental productivity and quality benchmarks
• Fulfill additional projects or tasks as required

Communication Channels:
• Liaise with Customer Service, Production Team members, Operations Manager, and Purchasing Coordinator

• This is a non-exempt, hourly position. While SolidWorks and FeatureCam experience are not mandatory, they are highly valued. Preference will be given to candidates with 10+ years of experience.
