- Shifts available: 7am – 3pm, 3pm – 11pm, or 11pm – 7am
- Work days: Monday – Sunday, flexibility in Part Time or Full Time roles, Overtime opportunities
- Ensuring patient and personal safety through adherence to infection-control procedures
- Demonstrating strong communication abilities; Observing and recording changes in clients'/patients' conditions, updating medical staff as needed
- Building and maintaining professional rapport with agency staff, pharmacies, and healthcare providers
- Accurate completion of nursing documentation as per organizational guidelines
- Recognizing and addressing relevant issues promptly
- Following clinical protocols according to CA regulations and agency policies
- Promoting a secure environment for optimal client care by upholding established standards, protocols, and practices
- Offering companionship and engaging in conversations
- Providing standby assistance, aiding in mobility and transfers
- Assisting with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
