- Oversee the scheduling of Childcare staff for programs and events across all Vineyard Columbus campuses
- Prepare and disseminate teaching and activity materials for Childcare classrooms
- Step into classrooms when needed to support Childcare staff. Ensure healthy cross-ministry collaboration as it relates to Childcare Services.
- Childcare work experience is preferred
- Experience with supervision of staff or volunteers
- Self-starter, works well independently
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Flexibility for week-to-week demands including working evenings and holidays
- Willingness to work at all Vineyard Columbus campuses

We're hiring a Childcare Coordinator who will partner with the Central Support Manager in the hiring, onboarding, and development of the Childcare Staff.Who we are:

Aside from regular weekend services at our five campuses across Central Ohio and online, our Westerville Campus is also home to our Vineyard Community Center that offers an Early Childhood Center, After-School and Summer Programs, Middle and High School Life Readiness, Sports and Exercise Programs, free Health Clinics, Immigration Counseling Services, ESL classes and more.
