Technical Solution Architect with a strong Data background. Ideal candidate will have prior experience with AWS, Python, and Redshift technology platforms.
Our client is a large organization in the insurance sector who's growing a team that leverages technology to improve service delivery, continuously innovate, and address the multiple complexities of a heavily regulated world.
Our client operates within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and needs a seasoned Solution Architect with a robust background in data warehouse and analytics environments to join a dynamic team.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an articulate communicator, and a team player capable of propelling projects forward in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implement scalable, reliable, and efficient system architectures that cater to our data warehousing and analytics needs.
Ensure that architectures are designed following best practices for scalability, reliability, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the SAFe framework to deliver high-quality, efficient solutions.
Promote the adoption of AWS services, event-driven architecture, and innovative API and service designs.
Facilitate architectural discussions, making decisions that align with our business goals and compliance standards.
Offer guidance and mentorship to team members on technical challenges and architectural best practices.
Requirements:
Over 5 years of experience in a Solution Architect role, with significant exposure to data warehouse and analytics environments.
